Please note that submission of music, videos, electronic press kits (EPKs), social media links, biographies, photographs, or any other materials does not create an agency, management, employment, partnership, or contractual relationship between you and SixOneFive Agency or any of its affiliates.

All submissions are received on a non-confidential and unsolicited basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. We cannot guarantee review, response, feedback, meetings, auditions, bookings, or representation.

By submitting materials, you confirm that:

• You own or control all rights necessary to submit the materials.

• Your submission does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parent/legal guardian consent if under 18.

• You understand that SixOneFive Agency may currently represent or later represent artists with similar names, styles, concepts, sounds, branding, or creative ideas.

• No compensation is owed for the review of submitted materials.

SixOneFive Agency reserves the sole right to accept or decline any submission for any reason or no stated reason.

If the agency has interest in moving forward, an authorized representative will contact you directly. Any official representation relationship will only exist through a fully executed written agreement signed by both parties.
