Frankie Arnone is an agent with a background spanning artist development, talent booking, live events, and entertainment strategy.

Her experience in the music industry began across both the label and artist sides of the business, including time with Atlantic Records, before expanding into live entertainment, talent buying, artist management, and event production. As a working DJ herself, Frankie has also built a firsthand understanding of touring, artist relationships, and the realities of developing a career in live music.

She has since helped build independent entertainment projects, worked alongside artists and venues on booking and programming, and played a key role in producing large scale live events and festival programming throughout the Northeast.

Frankie brings together her experience across labels, artists, venues, and live events with an artist first approach to representation. She is passionate about identifying emerging talent, creating meaningful opportunities, and helping artists build sustainable, long term careers.
