Backline Care Charity Raffle
SixOneFive Agency is raffling several items to benefit our charity partner, Backline Care, to support
mental health in the music industry!

- $5 Per Raffle Ticket
- Venmo @SixOneFiveAgency $5 for every ticket you want to buy (ie: To buy 5 tickets, Venmo $25)
- Type your First and Last name as memo in Venmo
- Each ticket enters into the general pool of prizes with multiple winners.
- Every name and number of tickets purchased will be entered into the RiffleRaffle app to generate winners every hour during the CMA Pre-Party event on November 18th, 2025 at Live Oak Nashville.

1 Raffle Ticket = $5.00. Venmo @SixOneFiveAgency $5.00 times the amount of tickets you want to buy.

Every name and the number of tickets you buy will be entered into the RiffleRaffle application which will computer generate and randomly draw names and chances bases on number of tickets purchased.

Drawing Details: November 17th, 2025 Starting at 10:00am Central until November 18th, 2025 Ending at 11:55pm.

Prize Description: First Prize = Autographed Guitar from every artist performing at the SixOneFive Agency CMA Pre-Party Event.

Second Prize = Dierks Bentley autographed bottle of Row 94 Whiskey.

Third Prize (Multiple Winners) = Miscellaneous Merchandise such as hats and t-shirts from Event Sponsors including Row 94 Whiskey, Zeroes Beverage, WYLD CBD, Nine Line Apparel, Biblical Brand Clothing, Space Cowboy Coffee and more.

Winner Notification: The winner will be announced and notified on-site at Live Oak Nashville venue during event times of 7:00pm - 11:55pm Central

Presence Requirement: Winner needs to be present to claim the prize.

Restrictions: Anyone 18 or older present at Live Oak Nashville venue during event.

Multiple Wins: A single person can win more than one prize. You can purchase unlimited amount of tickets for each drawing.

SixOneFive Agency on behalf of Backline Care Foundation (“Sponsor” and “Backline Care Foundation”) a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, the official charity SixOneFive Agency, doing business as SixOneFiveAgency (“SOFA”), is sponsoring a multi-prize chance drawing (“Raffle”) to be conducted between the dates of November 17, 2025, and November 18, 2025.

Eligibility: This Raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SixOneFive Agency on behalf of Backline Care Foundation, (defined as SixOneFive Agency on behalf of Backline Care Foundation, its members and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.

Raffle Period: The Raffle starts on November 17, 2025, 10:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Nocember 18, 2025 11:55PM CT (the “Raffle Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Raffle. Raffle tickets will not be sold after 11:55PM PM CT on November 18, 2025.

How to Participate: Participants may enter the Raffle by visiting https://www.SixOneFiveAgency.com/raffle and purchasing a raffle ticket (an “Entry”). Tickets are sold as one tickets for $5.00. Purchasing a raffle ticket constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. Tickets may not be resold. No refunds, replacements, discounts or complimentary tickets will be issued.

Entry Details: By entering, each Entrant warrants and represents that his/her Entry does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party and does not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Only one eligible person may be entered in the raffle for each Entry (i.e., for each ticket) sold. The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.
