Position Overview

As an Event Planner, you will manage the planning and execution of events ranging from private celebrations to corporate activations, concerts, festivals, brand launches, VIP experiences, and community gatherings.

You will work with clients, venues, vendors, talent, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure every event is professional, memorable, and profitable.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate events from concept to completion

• Oversee on-site setup, show flow, and breakdown

• Solve problems quickly during live events
