Position Overview

As a College Intern, you will work alongside agency leadership and team members to support daily operations while learning how a modern entertainment company functions.

Interns may gain exposure to booking, artist management, marketing, events, sponsorships, social media, content creation, and operations.

What You’ll Do

Business & Operations

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks

• Research venues, festivals, brands, and industry leads

• Help organize files, databases, and CRM systems

• Assist with outreach and scheduling

 

Marketing & Branding

• Help create social media content and campaigns

• Assist with graphics, flyers, and promotional assets

• Research trends and audience engagement ideas

• Support email marketing initiatives

 

Talent & Events

• Assist with event prep and logistics

• Support artist relations and hospitality tasks

• Help coordinate meetings, calendars, and itineraries

• Observe booking and management processes

 

Special Projects

• Pitch ideas for growth initiatives

• Assist with sponsorship decks and proposals

• Help with merchandise and promotional projects

• Support live events when available
