We are seeking a highly creative and driven Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and grow our audience across all platforms.

Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, content planning, daily management, growth, and performance of all social media channels for SixOneFive Entertainment and affiliated brands/projects. This person must understand entertainment culture, trends, music marketing, nightlife energy, and premium lifestyle branding.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, plugged into trends, and capable of turning moments into content that drives attention, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand Growth

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with company goals

• Grow followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness organically and through paid campaigns

• Maintain consistent voice, style, and branding across all platforms

• Build hype around events, artists, launches, and company announcements

Content Creation & Management

• Plan and manage content calendars across:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • TikTok

  • X

  • YouTube

  • LinkedIn

• Write captions, create graphics, edit short-form video, and post content

• Coordinate live coverage during events, shows, festivals, and launches

• Repurpose long-form content into reels, stories, shorts, and clips

Community Management

• Respond to comments, messages, mentions, and fan engagement professionally

• Build relationships with fans, influencers, media, sponsors, and industry partners

• Monitor brand reputation and online sentiment

Analytics & Performance

• Track KPIs including growth, engagement, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions

• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations

• Use analytics to optimize content strategy

Advertising & Promotions

• Manage paid ad campaigns for ticket sales, merch drops, brand launches, and awareness campaigns

• Retarget audiences and build lookalike campaigns

• Maximize ROI on paid social spend

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years experience managing social media for entertainment, nightlife, music, events, or lifestyle brands

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar tools

• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills

• Experience running Meta and TikTok ads

• Organized, deadline-driven, and self-motivated

Preferred

• Experience in music industry, festivals, artist management, or nightlife marketing

• Photography / videography skills

• Influencer marketing experience

• Nashville market knowledge
