Position Overview

As a Tour Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day touring logistics and serve as the operational leader on the road. You will coordinate travel, accommodations, schedules, production communication, settlements, hospitality, advancing, and artist support to ensure successful shows and stress-free touring.

You will work directly with artists, management, booking agents, venues, promoters, crew, and vendors.

What You’ll Do

Tour Operations

• Manage full tour schedules and daily itineraries

• Coordinate flights, hotels, buses, vans, and ground transport

• Ensure all parties have accurate schedules and call times

• Keep tours on time and organized

Show Advancement

• Advance shows with venues and promoters

• Confirm load-in, soundcheck, set times, credentials, parking, and hospitality

• Coordinate technical needs with production teams

• Handle last-minute changes quickly

Artist & Crew Support

• Serve as main point of contact on the road

• Support artist needs professionally and discreetly

• Manage crew communication and expectations

• Maintain morale and professionalism

Financial & Administrative

• Track tour budgets and expenses

• Handle settlements, buyouts, petty cash, and receipts

• Submit nightly reports and reconciliations

• Protect profitability and spending discipline

Problem Solving

• Resolve travel issues, delays, cancellations, and emergencies

• Manage weather, illness, equipment, and venue challenges

• Keep operations calm and efficient under pressure
