SixOneFive Entertainment is seeking a proven, organized, and results-driven Vice President of Operations to help lead and scale the company’s day-to-day business functions nationwide.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who can build structure, drive accountability, improve efficiency, manage people, and help take a fast-growing entertainment company to the next level.

 

Position Overview

As Vice President of Operations, you will oversee internal operations across booking, talent management, sales systems, recruiting, finance coordination, marketing execution, and company growth initiatives.

You will work directly with ownership/executive leadership to create infrastructure that supports rapid expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily business operations across departments

  • Coordinate with finance on commissions, payouts, reporting, and budgets

  • Help scale talent roster and agency infrastructure

  • Manage KPIs, revenue tracking, and growth goals

  • Solve operational bottlenecks quickly

  • Help execute company vision and expansion strategy

 

Compensation (Executive-Level Opportunity)
